Application
The plug valve is a valve that uses a plug body with a through hole as a starting and closing member. The plug body rotates with the valve stem to achieve the opening and closing action. It is also commonly used for media with suspended particles due to the wiping action between the sealing surfaces of the plug valve and the complete contact with the flowing medium during full opening. Another important feature of the plug valve is that it is easy to accommodate multi-channel construction so that one valve can achieve two, three, or even four different flow paths. This simplifies the piping system design, reduces valve usage, and some of the connection accessories needed in the equipment.

Feature
1. According to the use temperature and working medium, self-lubricating material bushings such as F4, F46, PVDF, PP, PO, PE, etc. can be used for lubrication. The sealing friction coefficient is small during the whole working process, the plug body is flexible, and the service life is long. .
2. Valve body inlet and outlet end window design and double channel groove seal ring structure. During the rotation process of the cock, the sealing ratio between the seal pairs is gradually changed until it reaches the fully open or fully closed position, resulting in sufficient sealing. Compared with the pressure, the sealing pair reaches zero leakage.
